“The Forest House yoga teacher
training is an immersion into the world of yoga. The
program provides a solid foundation for practitioners
whose goal
is to teach but is also for those who only seek a
greater personal knowledge of the art of yoga. An
added bonus of the program is the close connection
you develop with your fellow students. They are supportive,
nurturing, and kind throughout the course and beyond.”
- Lori Reger
"It was just like taking a series of workshops
only more in depth. Gave us hands on experience
with helping others and helped prepare us to get
more confidence in front of a large group and see
misalignment in student’s postures."
