"Yoga Therapy Day"

$50 for the day* or $30 per 3-hour session

AM Session: This is an all level class which will focus on Upper-back postures for yoga therapy and backbending techniques.

PM Session: This is an all level class which will focus on Lower-extremeties and forward-bending poses and stretches.

Bring all your aches and pains! Learn those challenging postures you've been wanting to achieve, through the process of "breaking down the poses". You'll amaze yourself and feel great after.

Take the challenge and leave with a Warrior Spirit! Stay for the day and share a light lunch.
