"Go Within - A Meditation and Blindfold Yoga."

We practice our asanas/postures daily using our senses to move us. Most commonly we use our eyes as reference. Allow this practice to go deeper within by utializing our sense of touch and ears to shift our perspective inward.

By not using the eyes we become less concerned of what others are doing and what the pose should look like. Instead we FEEL the posture from the inner self to know the pose in our muscle and bones.

Shift from the outer self to the inner radiant being and build trust and foundation through this slow practice full of familiar postures/asanas. This is an all levels workshop including seated meditation, movement and calming savasana.
